Booking
Deposit
A booking will be treated as provisional until the initial
deposit of €2000.00 together with a signed copy
of these terms and conditions is received by the Hotel.
A second deposit of €2000.00 is also required 9
months prior to the Wedding date. Please not that both
these deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Minimum
Guest Numbers
A Minimum Guest Number of 150 adults is required to
secure the Function Room for all Thursday, Friday, Saturday
and Bank Holiday Monday bookings (both Ireland and Northern
Ireland).
Final
Guest Numbers
Final Numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the
Wedding and this will be the guaranteed minimum number
charged for.
Accommodation
The Hotel will offer an allocation of 20 rooms for the
night of the Wedding. These rooms will be offered at
the discounted wedding rate. Any rooms left in your
allocation will be released 14 days prior to your Wedding.
Wedding
Prices
All Menu Prices will be charged at the published rate
for the year of the Wedding. The Hotel reserves the
right to vary prices in the event of circumstances beyond
its control (such as a change in V.A T. or Duty rates).
Payment
All Wedding accounts must be settled by the day following
the Wedding.
Account Balance payment by Credit Card will incur a
2% surcharge.
Food
& Beverage
No Food or Alcohol may be brought onto the Hotel premises.
Wedding
Meal Times
Please note that the latest possible meal service time
is 5.30pm on a Friday and Saturday.
Cancellation
Policy
In the event of the cancellation of a Wedding Reception
all deposits and monies on account are forfeited.
Wedding
Planning Appointments
Couples making their final arrangements are asked to
contact the Hotel to make an appointment with a member
of the Management Team to discuss their special day
at least 4 weeks prior to the Wedding date.
Licensing
and Statutory Regulations
The Hotel must comply with all relevant Licensing and
other Statutory Regulations and requires all patrons
not to act in any way which would put the Hotel in breach
of any statute. Customers are reminded to maintain free
access to fire exits at all times and not to interfere
with or obstruct any fire equipment /notices during
the course of the function.
