About your instructor
Anne Stewart began her yoga practice in New York in 2001 and achieved certification as a Yoga teacher with Sivananda Yoga in India in 2005. Since then, Anne has been practicing and teaching Yoga in Ireland. Additionally, Anne has continued her yoga studies with YTI and YTTI. Yoga plays an integral role in Anne’s life, profoundly impacting her health and well-being, and she delights in sharing this with their clients.

Friday: Welcome and Relaxation
- Check-in and meet with your yoga instructor Anne
- Enjoy some light refreshments,
- Evening yoga session
- A delicious dinner awaits you
- After dinner yoga session before retiring to your room for a restful night’s sleep
Saturday: Embrace the Day
- Energizing morning yoga session
- Relaxing breakfast
- A meditative walk through our gardens and to the Proleek Dolmen
- Nutrition discussion with James our Leisure Centre Manager
- Free time to enjoy our leisure facilities: gym, swimming pool, plunge pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room.
- Slow flow yoga to stretch and release.
- Evening dinner and another restorative session
Sunday: Reconnect and Reflect
- Morning yoga session
- Savour a nourishing breakfast
- Engage in a weekend reflection session, sharing your journey and insights
- Q&A with our instructors to address any queries and provide personalized yoga guidance
